Subscriptions aren't live yet. Pro, Firm, and Studio are the tiers we're planning to launch — there is no PayPal checkout or billing running today, and no free trial to speak of either. Join the waitlist below to be notified when subscriptions open; the refund and cancellation approach we intend to ship is covered in the next two questions.
How do seats work for Firm and Studio?
Team seats aren't live yet either — this is what we're planning for once subscriptions open. Firm is planned for up to 5 seats and Studio for up to 15, with the team owner inviting members by email and the team sharing a saved-prompt library. None of that exists on Loddle today; there is no sign-in or team surface to invite anyone into.
What is your refund policy?
There's no live subscription to refund yet. The plan, once subscriptions open: write to support within 7 days of the first charge on a new subscription and we'll refund the month — no friction, no questions, with the same 7-day window applying to the first payment on annual plans.
Can I switch plans later?
Once subscriptions are live — yes, that's the plan: move between Pro, Firm, and Studio with your current plan staying active until the end of the period you've paid for, and the new plan starting from the next billing cycle. There's no live subscription to switch between yet.
Do you offer team or volume pricing?
For larger teams that need more than the Studio seat count, write to us and we will work out a custom quote. We do not currently run automated promotional or category-specific discounts.
Where does my data live, and what about confidentiality?
Prompts are text you copy and paste into your own Claude, ChatGPT, or other AI account — Loddle's server never receives the variables you fill in or the output the model returns to you. There are no accounts today, so Loddle stores nothing of yours beyond a waitlist email if you choose to give us one. Saved prompts and a shared firm library are planned for the paid tiers; when they ship, that data will be held encrypted at rest in our US-region database. What does a Pro subscription actually unlock?
The planned Pro tier will let you download all 150 prompts as a single ZIP bundle — one click, all niches, all categories, formatted for immediate use. Subscriptions aren't live yet, so there's no bundle download today; in the meantime every prompt is already fully readable and copyable for free. The Prompt Runner — filling in a prompt's variables and running it inline — is also in development. Join the waitlist on any prompt page to be notified when both open.
